We are your backup plan if an emergency happens to you and you can’t take care of your pet.
We create a detailed care plan with you to care for your pet if an emergency happens to you. This includes feeding schedules and amounts, medication dosage and timing, Veterinary and key pet care providers, emergency contacts, and pet behavior habits.
We confirm your contacts, dog sitters, boarders, and veterinarians BEFORE an emergency happens to you. We setup contracts with these providers so they can be assured we have the authority over your pet when you are in an emergency.
We create and sign a Pet Trust/Guardian contract which gives us the appropriate authority to care for your pet with service providers, medical personal, and family emergency contacts.
We act when we are needed. We coordinate the pickup, transportation, boarding, grooming, feeding and wellness or your pet. All of this is coordinated through our APP with pictures sent to you.
We pay for the services on your behalf and bill your account accordingly.
Once you return home and are able to take care of your pet, we return your pet to you for your happy reunion.
