PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS DISCLOSURE SUMMARIZES IMPORTANT TERMS OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITH STELLA VENTURES CORP (“STELLA VENTURES”). IT DOES NOT REPLACE THE FULL LEGAL AGREEMENTS, WHICH CONTROL.
1. ROLE OF STELLA VENTURES
Stella Ventures provides non-veterinary, non-medical, administrative and coordination services related to pet guardianship and pet trust planning. Stella Ventures does not directly provide veterinary care, boarding, grooming, transportation, or medical treatment.
2. THIRD-PARTY PET CARE PROVIDERS
All hands-on pet care is performed by independent third-party providers selected and/or approved by you. Stella Ventures may coordinate, communicate, and remit payment to providers on your behalf but is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or outcomes.
3. VALIDATION PERIOD
Services do not begin immediately upon enrollment. Your submitted information must be reviewed and validated, including confirmation with identified providers and execution of required agreements, before pet guardianship services commence.
4. INHERENT RISKS OF ANIMAL CARE
Caring for animals involves inherent and unpredictable risks, including illness, injury, escape, behavioral incidents, or death. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks except to the extent caused by Stella Ventures’ gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Stella Ventures’ liability is limited by contract. You waive claims for emotional distress, loss of companionship, and other non-economic or consequential damages, as permitted by law.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes must be resolved through binding individual arbitration. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
7. AUTO-RENEWING MEMBERSHIP
Memberships renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless canceled prior to renewal. Charges will be made to the payment method on file.
